Creating engagement with the target audience and improving Brand Awareness: this is what "sharing an emotion" leads to.

Smartbox Group, a European market leader in the gift box industry, involved Based to structure the communication strategy of the group's two brands: Smartbox and Emotion3.

The communication plan realized includes strategic and social activities, the’influencer marketing and the radio campaign on-air on Spotify e Radio DJ, produced and planned in-house by the agency in collaboration with Treedom.

Goal

The strategy was focused on “sharing an emotion” not only to generate engagement, but also to work on the brand awareness synergistically with brand positioning: it included the design of a contest with daily instant win, including legal settlement management and technological implementation of a customized web platform.
The online contest also included a referral program and email marketing automation, to organically stimulate the virality Of the activity.

Solution

Finally, we elaborated and developed an activation strategy B2B for the same brand, going for campaigns LinkedIn InMail with landing on a landing page specifically designed for the specific target audience and subsequent social retargeting.

A project developed in parallel to synergistically leverage online and offline media planning, with targeted periodic online and in-store promotional communication actions, achieving the set goal of increasing the online fanbase and supporting the brand awareness.
