L’European Institute of Addiction is the first non-residential center that provides a service of psychological counseling.

The unique and distinctive feature of the IEUD is to be able to contact a pool of specialists directly online and access the treatment pathway using the facilities affiliated with the center, respecting the most complete privacy.

La startup needed the advice of a’digital agency in Milan to create brand awareness and design an institutional site that would make services explicit.

In addition, with the goal of communicating the opening of the center, attracting a specific target audience and increasing the number of consultations, it needed a adwords campaign effective.

Solution

We first dealt with the analysis of the UX, to better structure the site and ensure maximum visibility and usability.

The site was then designed with a view to responsive to be usable from pc, tablet and mobile.

After a careful analysis of the keywords most searched for and trends in the relevant industry, we initiated a SEM campaign at Google AdWords, on which continuous reporting was carried out with monitoring of qualitative and quantitative results.
