Solution

Starting from the’assessment of what was in place, Based was responsible for designing a customized and simplified workflow that makes use of a tailor-made work tool fine-tuned to the specific needs of this Client. A technological infrastructure simple and sustainable (in implementation time, development and maintenance costs) that saved the joint team time and zeroed out the error rate of manual operations.
