Shoehorning competitors with digital strategies

Tuscan Leather is a consortium established in 1985 with the aim of promoting the superior quality of sole leather, produced by the best craftsmen in the region using techniques passed down through generations.

Eight companies in the area are part of the consortium, producing 98% of the sole leather on the Italian market to date.

The client turned to our digital agency in Florence asking us for advice on creating the website and the opening and initial management of the consortium's social pages.

Solution

Thus, we studied the positioning of the online brand and, given the set goals of creating the brand awareness, engagement of the’audience and gradual increase in qualitative site traffic, we developed the complete website, from design to text writing, providing in the structure of the CMS a role that would allow the client to manage the content independently.

In conjunction with the design of the site, we were responsible for the opening and initial management of the social pages of Tuscan Leather, for which we have developed both the editorial plan both creativity for different communication formats.
