The story of Bausch+Lomb begins in 1853 when John Jacob Bausch he borrowed 60$ from his friend Henry Lomb, to open a small optical store; in 1972 he opened his first Italian office, to launch in our country the first soft contact lens, invented and patented just a year earlier by Bausch + Lomb Corporation.

The American company turned to us for the digital launch Of the new contact lens Bausch + Lomb ULTRA® ONE DAY and the redesign of promotional site by Bausch + Lomb Vision Care Born to See.

 

Goal

Increase and improve the online visibility through a integrated communication plan.

Solution

Ours Customer moves in a Market very specific that has in the B2B2C its relationship model with the end consumer. In a scenario where product visibility also passes through the endorsement of the optician network, one must move very carefully to streamline the budget e ensure certain result to the Brand. .

In this project Based worked on target audience and purchase driver analysis by leveraging search engines as a database. Thus, by leveraging both the data available from the Client and the data that emerged from the target context analysis, it came up with the definition of the online positioning of the brand and communication goals. For both areas of work, b2b and b2c, a communication plan based on the triangulation of multiple digital and non-digital touchpoints.

Based was involved in the development of the UX/UI Of the new promotional site Born to see and the new product site Bausch + Lomb ULTRA® ONE DAY and of the media planning of all both brand and promotional campaigns. She was also in charge of the Social Media Management and the adoption of instruments of Marketing Automation, which have enabled the brand to graft a direct and ongoing relationship with its audience.

Finally we exploded our vocation of phygital agency with the implementation of the’digital launch event Of the new lens at the trade, an activity that has brought great results in terms of views and of lead generation.
