For Hill's Pet Nutrition, we designed and managed a comprehensive digital activation, turning a tactical activity into a powerful tool for acquisition e involvement. From award selection and bureaucratic management to the development of an interactive chatbot and the creation of dedicated social content, we oversaw every phase of the project to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for users.
The goal was twofold: Increase brand awareness and acquire qualified leads through an engaging and well-structured activity. Hill's wanted a strategy that would attract new users, consolidate the existing community, and provide added value to participants, all while complying with current regulations.
We designed an integrated strategy based on the activation of 3 sweepstakes that included:
Complete management of the giveaway: from drafting the regulations to supervising the paperwork to awarding and shipping the prizes.
Prize selection: we identified relevant and desirable prizes for each giveaway, in line with brand values and target audience expectations.
Development of a chatbot with Instant Win mechanics: an interactive experience that guided users through the participation process, increasing engagement and facilitating data collection.
Creation of dedicated social content: we created posts and stories to promote the contest, supported by influencers involved in the campaign, amplifying the reach and effectiveness of the communication.
