We asked Roberto Fumarola, CEO and co-founder of Qapla’, as Artificial intelligence has been introduced into the enterprise and what the main areas of application are today.
First of all, the world of data analysis but also of the mapping. On the one hand, new technologies are used to identify new segments and KPIs from the aggregate of internal data. On the other, they are employed to map the status of couriers, achieving a 95% level of accuracy-an optimization that frees professionals from simple operations and gives them the opportunity to focus on more complex conceptual work.
Also of interest the application in customer care which, thanks to AI and better handling of semantics, makes people forget standardized and rigid answers in favor of more colloquial and “human” responses.
And finally, not to be underestimated is the possibility of making the proposition of new products even more efficient to expand the average shopping cart with the use of artificial intelligence.
Various applications in the day-to-day that impact the customer relationship, which really places itself at the center of the company by receiving an increasingly accurate offer.
An approach, Roberto Fumarola's, that does not see AI as a “head-cutter” but rather as a support for improving business processes. To learn more watch the full interview.
